This site is run by Vinicius, a software developer in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This page explains, in plain words, what data the site collects, why, for how long, and how you can ask to see or delete it. It follows Brazil's LGPD and Argentina's Law 25.326.
Name, company, WhatsApp, interest and message. I use them only to answer your request and talk about the project. When you submit, you get an automatic confirmation message on the WhatsApp number you entered.
A self-hosted analytics tool on my server records: pages visited, where you came from (link, ad, UTM), device type, browser language, screen size, country, IP address, time on page and clicks on the WhatsApp buttons. It also keeps what is typed into the form fields, even if you never submit, so I can follow up on an interrupted contact. If you would rather avoid that, use the WhatsApp button instead of the form.
The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser to measure visits in aggregate. You can block it in your browser settings or with a blocking extension.
Nobody buys or receives your data. It stays on my server and only goes through the services the site needs to work: Cloudflare (network and protection), the service that sends WhatsApp messages, and Google (Analytics).
Browsing data: up to 90 days, then deleted automatically. Requests sent through the form: up to 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. Just write to [email protected] or message me on WhatsApp. I reply within 15 days.
